Guaranteed Tournament Prize Pool Increase

In the coming weeks, there may be some big overlays at Everest Poker. The site announced that their Sunday $30k tournament, which has a $100+$9 buy-in, will have its guaranteed prize pool increased to $100,000. This change will take effect for the March 18th tournament. With such a huge increase in the guaranteed prize pool, this tournament may result in an overlay. Satellites run all throughout the week to give players a chance to win their $109 seat.
A special $100+$9 buy-in tournament with a $100,000 guaranteed prize pool will take place at Everest Poker this Saturday. Satellites to this event have been running for six weeks. Currently there are only 700 players registered.
